These Terms of Service govern your use of EventFold ("the Platform"), operated by EventFold Inc., incorporated in Delaware, USA. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. The Platform provides AI-powered event management tools including venue matching, vendor coordination, attendee analytics, budget optimization, and post-event reporting. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. EventFold Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
EventFold Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect information you provide directly (name, email, organization details) and usage data (event configurations, feature usage, analytics). This data is used to provide and improve the Platform, generate insights, and communicate with you. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is stored on encrypted servers in the United States. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting dpo@eventfold.com. We retain data for the duration of your account plus 90 days, unless legal obligations require longer retention. Third-party integrations (Eventbrite, Salesforce, etc.) are governed by their own privacy policies.
EventFold uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience. Essential cookies are required for the Platform to function (authentication, security, preferences). Analytics cookies help us understand usage patterns and improve the Platform. Marketing cookies may be used to deliver relevant communications. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect Platform functionality. We use industry-standard cookie consent mechanisms and honor Do Not Track signals where technically feasible.
EventFold Inc. maintains SOC 2 Type II certification and is GDPR compliant. All attendee data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We conduct annual third-party security audits and penetration testing. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 certified cloud providers with 99.9% uptime SLA. This DPA applies when EventFold Inc. processes personal data on behalf of customers. We act as a data processor under GDPR and applicable data protection laws. We process data only as instructed by the data controller (you). Sub-processors are engaged only with prior notice and equivalent data protection obligations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours. Data subjects may exercise their rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) through the Platform or by contacting dpo@eventfold.com. This DPA is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
